Restaurant
Our restaurant serves Mexican food with a big cocktail list and a rich selection of wines from local Tikveš wineries. Room for 100 guests inside and on the terrace, with a smoking area that offers cigars and hookah.
Hotel guests get a free breakfast, served here in the restaurant. The Truco Kids playroom keeps the little ones busy while you eat.

We host birthdays, cocktail and business parties, plus a private room for team building.
Truco Kids is a separate play area inside the Señor Truco restaurant. The kids play safely while the grown-ups enjoy lunch or dinner.
A small symbolic fee is charged for play in the playroom.

Hotel Pamela (Pamela Concept Hotel) is run by Piem Dizajn DOOEL, Marshal Tito Str., Negotino, North Macedonia. We are responsible (controller) for your personal data. Questions about your data: concepthotelpamela@gmail.com, phone +389 76 337 750.
When you send a booking request: your name, phone number, email address, dates of stay, number of guests, chosen room and any notes you write. When you send a message: your name, email address, subject and message.
Only to answer your request, confirm availability and price, and prepare your stay. The legal basis is your request to book with us (steps before a contract) and your consent when you send the form. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
Only our reception and management. Form submissions are sent by email through our web hosting to our mailbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail). We share data with authorities only when the law requires it, for example guest registration.
Booking requests and messages are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted. Records we must keep by law (for example invoices and guest registration) are kept for the period the law requires.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. Write to concepthotelpamela@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (azlp.mk).
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not use analytics. Your browser only remembers the language you choose, so the site opens in that language next time. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Buttons for WhatsApp, Viber, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, the restaurant menu and table bookings take you to other services, which have their own privacy rules.

About us
Hotel Pamela opened in 2011 in Negotino, at the motorway exit in central Macedonia.
We sit 70 km north of the Greek border and 120 km south of the Serbian border, so many of our guests stop with us on the way to their summer holiday, and come back on the way home. Others stay longer to explore the Tikveš wineries and the ancient city of Stobi.
We offer single, double, triple and quadruple rooms, studios and a double room with a steam bath. Around them you find our restaurant Señor Truco, the pool, a playground and basketball court, the hair salon The Hair Factory by FM, the gas station and the piem SWEETS shop.
